Some symptoms are tough to manage — physically, emotionally, or both. Whether it’s fatigue, brain fog, pain, or something else, finding what helps can take trial and error. For some, it's about daily habits. For others, it’s been a treatment or therapy that made a difference. Share what's been helpful for you 🙂 #TreatmentJourney

Fatigue is always a challenge! I have found the Spoon Theory is best to help with fatigue.

Fatigue & dysphagia is my biggest issues. It is getting to where I have to be careful on what I drink sometimes because I will start choking.😢

The hardest symptom that I struggle with is dysphagia. I’ve lost 40+ lbs last year due to how much a fight it is to swallow. I’m underweight now and I still struggle with dysphagia. I tend to avoid any solid foods and only eat soupy & soft foods. I also have ARFID and a deep fear of choking so I basically can never win, haha.
