I had that Myasthenia sleep crisis 3xs last year and I believe it was due to the extreme high temps in the summer. I had all the symptoms and the first 2xs I went to er they gave me oxygen, a banana bag, put me in darkness and I slept for a cpl hours. Then sent me home. The 3rd time wasn't as bad so I opted to stay home. I felt better after while. But I had the weakness in my chest where I couldn't take a full breath for a few days.
