My specialty pharmacy who supplies my IVIG has indicated that they can not dispense Vyvgart Hytrulo because they don't get paid enough and has suggested Hyqvia infusion or Hizentra, even though my insurance has approved the Vyvgart Hytrulo. Has anyone had experience with Hyqvia infusion or Hizentra. I also take 250 mg mycoplenolate. Ihave OMG, GMG and CIDP...all relatively mild cases.
Have you had experience with Hyqvia or Hizentra as alternatives to Vyvgart Hytrulo?
It's frustrating when a pharmacy creates barriers to accessing an insurance-approved treatment. Hyqvia and Hizentra are IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin) products, which work differently than Vyvgart Hytrulo.

Thank you!
Hoping for the best for you😎❤️
The specialty pharmacy that I have been using has been fabulous up to this point. I have an amazing nurse who comes to the house, who they supply. I hate to switch pharmacies because of their great customer service and the nurse only works for this specialty pharmacy😪 have a doctor's appointment on the 26th... I will see what he has to say about changing meds at this point.
I agree totally with the MG team!!! That's crazy that they would say that. They don't fill it I would find another one that would.
