I told my daughter neurologist about her insomnia he said to tell her pcp which I thought was odd, then her pcp prescribed clonidine is safe

Clonidine is a blood pressure med. I keep it on hand but only take when BP goes above 160...be very careful with this drug it can cause hypotension !
