Cindy yes this does happen to me , when my husband goes to bed I'm cleaning the bathroom . straightening the desk ,,organizing something my husband gets so put out at me , he says you were so tired all day now you want to do all kinds of things , but I never run the vacuum that might be the last straw❤
Cindy, This is not a laughing matter at all.....but I couldn't help but smile at your question. 😂 I know you were questioning the timing of your energy spurts when you'd probably rather be getting on a regular sleep schedule, but dang I would love to have an energy spurt at any time of day! Maybe I would actually accomplish more. Seriously though, this illness does keep us constantly re-evaluating and adjusting. Your body will find its comfort zone for awhile and then something will change.
My sweet spot is 6 to 10 pm. No rhyme or reason for it. Out of that 4 hours I actually feel "normal" for 30 minutes. This MG is so weird.
I take my day in spurts currently. I spend 85% of it in the couch or in bed and the other 15% pushing myself to get up and do small things and then rest. So my days currently all depend on my energy level.
Yay!! But don't overdo it.
Stay hopeful 😎
