That sounds similar to a symptom I have. I don’t get pain but I will get tightness around my chest and it can focus at the base of my sternum. It doesn’t hurt but feels strange. If I cough it sneeze it feels more like a muscle spasm. It usually only happens for a few minutes but if I have persistent tightness I will take 30mg of Mestinon and that seems to do the trick. My neurologist did tell me it is MG. Just a quirky symptom. Hope that helps.

This past weekend we spent a lot of time with family, during daytime, at a campground. I sat on an umbrella chair and benches most of the time. My mid back, ribs, and rib cage are VERY sore!!!

I believe because I was not spending my time in a recliner like I do normally, it put pressure on my core area as my muscles fatigued. So I now have sore muscles and bones in those areas.

I have found if I fatigue specific areas too much I'm extremely sore afterwards!!!
