Hi Diane, I have had gMG for 4 years plus. About a year ago I awaken in the middle of the night with severe Vertigo. This was my 1st time experiencing Vertigo with MG. At that time I was attending PT for my fractured neck and my therapist encouraged me to attend my regular session and he would help my Vertigo. Reluctantly I had my husband drive me(as I was very dizzy) and sure enough he worked with turning my head and for about 15 minutes and it completely disappeared. I know it's an inner ear problem but I also feel my MG aggravated my balance and therefore the Vertigo returned. Maybe this info will give you some ideas on how to deal with Vertigo. I believe my vertigo was caused by severe double vision. Both the vertigo and double vision disappeared after Octagam infusion.

Not taking medication currently

When I was dxd I didn't think to couple it with my tumor but apparently facts are facts.
Here's hoping after my procedure and my tumor is gone just about all these maladies will be too.

I haven't had vertigo however I sometimes in get dizzy if I move too fast. I think that's more of just a balanced thing. My body doesn't respond as quick as I want it to.
