Yes I get these also. More frustrating is getting woke up by leg cramps at 4 am daily. I swear this disease is just making up the rules.

I get this too. For me it causes a dent where the muscle is in a spasm at the side of the palm. It pulls the pinky out to the side. Do you notice this also.

Muscle twitching and weakness in fingers and hands is a common symptom of myasthenia gravis. This happens because MG affects the communication between nerves and muscles, resulting in fewer acetylcholine receptors (AChRs) being available to properly control muscle movement.

The symptom you're describing is typical - MG symptoms can come and go throughout the day, often getting worse with use and improving with rest. Some key points about MG muscle symptoms:
• They often appear suddenly
• Can affect any muscle group including fingers and hands
• Usually worsen as the day progresses
• Improve with rest
• May vary in severity from person to person

It's important to document when these symptoms occur and how long they last. Share this information with your neurologist, as it helps them monitor your condition and adjust treatment if needed.
