This is helpful. I started doing this after a series of falls and concussion. It does make a difference. I used to put a block calendar on my refrigerator. I bought some acryllic boards and put my to do list for day and a month ahead dr appointments. They lit and with pretty color pens it looked pretty and sent warm color as night lights too!

I've had mild cognitive impairment since I was 17. At 32 I developed Sjogrens' Syndrome . Some days I am just so stupid, but just act as if and keep a sense of humor.
