Over a period of 5 years I went from 240 m/g a day down to 3 m/g. I suspect by my next visit with my neurologist he will take me off completely. As it was a gradual reduction I did not notice any side effects. That being said, I am mindful that I have been taking infusions for the last 3 1/2 years.
