I have. I let my Doctor know now because I have trouble swallowing and I choke easily.
I even choke on spit. Let your doc know. All those symptoms can mean a bigger issue.

When swallowing is affected, it can lead to various complications including poor nutrition and difficulty getting enough fluids, which could contribute to feeling lightheaded and having low blood pressure.

It's important to note that these symptoms could indicate that food or liquids aren't being properly managed during eating, which can be serious. Some strategies that may help:
- Take smaller bites
- Thicken liquids if needed
- Practice swallowing exercises
- Use proper head support while eating

Given these symptoms, it's strongly recommended to discuss this with your neurology team right away. These new symptoms could indicate changes in how MG is affecting your body and may require adjustments to your treatment plan.
