Yes! Now that my eyes are finally open and the double vision is gone, I still have problems with my right eyelid staying all the way open specifically at around 6:00PM or later each day. Isn't it strange how it usually affects only the same eye?

My right eye is mine. I have problems every night keeping it open. I’m busy all day and I try to do my artwork at night to relax and my right eye doesn’t cooperate.

Yes, eye fatigue is very common with MG! Eye muscles are particularly susceptible to MG-related weakness because they:
- Contract more rapidly than other muscles
- Work constantly while you're awake
- Have structural differences making them more vulnerable
This often leads to drooping eyelids (ptosis) that can worsen with fatigue, especially later in the day. Many MGteam members report similar experiences with eye fatigue. Some notice their vision fluctuates throughout the day, while others find they need to rest their eyes frequently. The good news is that resting your eyes can temporarily improve symptoms.
If eye fatigue is significantly impacting your daily activities like reading or watching TV, it's worth discussing with your doctor as there may be treatment options available.
