I found some Tai chi exercises on tiktok however I would not do any exercises at the onset of a flair. You are already over exerting your muscles and that could make it worse.
Wait until you regain your strength. For however long it takes and then take it very slow. You could relapse that flair. Remember MG is not smart and is very slow to recover depending on the person.
I know I tried it did not turn out well.
