I always feel a little tired the day when infusion competed but feel good for a few days but noticing some fatigue in the afternoons esp if I go out with family. How does this work after stopping for 3 weeks?

I take them. I think you have to have them going for awhile. I am now seeing more relief in between the 45 days. I was originally on 57 days and that was to long. Also something I discovered is where the shot is given. Initially it was close to belly button now I am doing on side in fat part of stomach and man I have been feeling good. I'm even dancing and going downstairs to do laundry. Not sure if that is it or not but I will update you i start my cycle on Thursday April 3.

It's common to experience fatigue after infusion treatments. To help manage energy levels during and after treatments, it's recommended to:

1. Rest for 24 hours after your infusion
2. Stay well hydrated before and after treatments
3. Avoid strenuous activities or alcohol immediately after treatment
4. Plan activities during your peak energy times
5. Bring a friend or family member to help after treatments To help manage stress and fatigue during treatment cycles, consider trying mindfulness techniques or meditation. These practices can help improve overall wellness, sleep quality, and energy levels. They're particularly helpful during treatment periods and can be used to manage symptoms when you're between infusions.

If you notice significant changes in your symptoms or have concerns about your treatment schedule, it's important to discuss these with your healthcare provider, as they may need to adjust your treatment plan.
