Dear Nathan, thank you for your message. Yes, this helps me tremendously to hear about others and their experience. My Autonomic Dysfunction started about 6 years ago when all of a sudden I could not walk through my front yard. Felt like I was literally walking through quick sand. After six years of being placed from doctor to doctor, my new neurologist diagnosed me with MG. I hope to be a help to others in this beautiful on line community I am now a part of. Yes, MaryGordan, mine is often in that range, and has been at times for years. My GP prescribed Midodrine years ago to combat this, after I was diagnosed by a doctor at John’s Hopkins with “neurally-mediated hypotension.” In my case it’s not clear whether this was caused by MG or whether it is simply part of a neurological condition that made me susceptible to MG. I hope this helps, and that your symptoms are only a side-effect of the medication.

Mine drops when i take the Mestiton which is supposed to be one of the side effects

I am normal during the day with medicine control but get cold at night in bed so I think it may dip down a bit lower while sleeping.
