I believe that's what is happening to me but its slow like cramps in my feet and my head and neck feel like I have a heavy weight on them especially walking long distances I don't see my nephrologist until the end of October, you know I didn't feel this bad until I started taking Pyridostigmine 3 x a day and had to deal with some of the terrible side effects , when they told me they had medicine that would help the effects I thought oh great it will be like taking a Tylenol , boy was I fooled.

Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (MG) can indeed affect your eyes, causing symptoms like droopy eyelids (ptosis) and double vision (diplopia). Here are some key points:

- Droopy Eyelids (Ptosis): This is a common symptom where the eyelids fall, making it look like your eyes aren’t fully open. It can affect one or both eyes.
- Double Vision (Diplopia): This occurs when the muscles that move your eyes in unison become weak or fatigued, causing misalignment and resulting in seeing two images instead of one.

You do not need to be diagnosed with both ocular and generalized MG separately; generalized MG can include these eye-related symptoms.
