I was diagnosed with MG shortly before I retired. Was in outside sales for a wholesale distribution company, so I was taking customers out to lunch several times a week. When I finally retired I weighed over 200 lbs, was only 5'8". Now, I weigh 144 lbs. The bottom line, I have lost over fifty pounds, some is muscle mass, a lot was getting rid of my fat

Hi Alicia, I Don’t know enough to answer your questions, but I believe I might fall into your situation if I don’t do every thing possible to struggle to get back my ability to run and bike. My perhaps naive advice is to keep struggling to regain or accomplish the smallest task you have lost. I wish you the best.

Hello. I am sorry you are struggling. You are receiving Noninvasive ventilation? After many years I have experienced muscle loss. When were you diagnosed? Prayers for you.
