In my humble opinion, dealing with MGg is a combination of several factors.
First: Find a Neurologist that is really familiar with MG, not all are (no offense to those doctors that are not). The correct outpatient treatment is a most.
Second: Pay attention to your body signals that can triggers MGg, make you fell bad and/or maybe you end in ER (happen to me more than once). In my case, I need to avoid getting upset, doing to much w/o a break. Avoid doing things outside when is hot.
Third: Strong Faith. Have a Positive Attitude and Refuse to Live with Fear.
I am not a doctor but, my Neurologist tells me that positive attitude is very important.
Good Luck,
Nelson
