Seena Chokshi, Pharm.D.

Seena Chokshi is a pharmacist with experience in chronic illness. She completed training in ambulatory practice, with a focus on helping people manage long-term conditions. Early in her career, she worked with low-income communities in Los Angeles to improve access to care. She now works at Optum Clinics, where she helps people with heart failure understand their medications and follow their treatment plans.
