I have generalized MG and starting in addition to have bulbar MG. I take the Gabapentine for my feet neuropathy. It definitely helps my feet pain. I am more fatigued and sometimes dizzy. For me it is very difficult 😣 to say what Gabapentine does because I also have heart failure and take a bunch of medication. I am also on Ultomiris and SCIG. All I can definitely is helps my feet and if I miss or late with a dose my feet will tell me. I don’t have any real negative reactions with my MG and Gabapentine. Hope this helps.

Hello Brinda
I have a friend who takes Gabapentin 3 x a day 300mg. But its being used
Off Label for his severe anxiety. He does get tired and sleep alot. It upsets his stomach but he takes medicine for stomach so I really don't know how it works wit MG. I have noticed he gets unmotivated and stays inside alot. I feel badly for him.

Im just saying what I know about it because of my friend taking it.

So good luck to anyone who takes it maybe you have better response to it.

I tried gabapentin for a year or so. I started to feel a bit spacey so stopped it. The good thing about not taking it, is you can monitor your pain, better, so know when to stop and when to take things easier. It gains a little weight for the person.

Hi all, I have ocular mg. I also had a total knee replacement in 24. I never got my severed nerves to reconnect and have suffered from neuropathy ever since. I take pregabalin 75mg every night for the nerve pain and have had no issues. I actually have not had an episode of double vision since I've been on it.
I know gabapinten and pregabalin are both related to lyrica, at least that's what I was told.
