I do. Everyday. Evening is the worse for it. I use all kinds of eyedrops. Sunlight is hard on my eyes as well as sunlight in snow.

Dry eyes affect about 21% of people with ocular MG. This can happen when MG makes it harder to blink fully or close your eyes completely. Dry eye symptoms can include:
- Burning or gritty sensations
- Light sensitivity
- Blurred vision
- Stringy mucus in the eye
