Best to be seen by your MG specialist and be examined and have a discussion of your symptoms. GI symptoms, muscle aches and cardiac problems can be in the mix so have a safe evaluation and much can be excluded that can show up as a problem later that can be remedied now. Our symptoms are complex and no one has a right to blow off our complaints so stay sturdy as your own medical advocate. Your body is talking to you in whispers initially so you must listen before it ends up screaming in your ear. Have FAITH and be brave .

I've had breathing issues and ended up in A&E where it was decided it was MG related and not my heart as they thought it was the issue with the breathing,it was the first time it happened but I'm aware now so if it's very difficult I end up seeingy GP . It's scary as it's hard to define if it's something else most doctors think heart before I explain my condition then it takes a while before anything gets done ,keep smiling and don't push yourself work will still be there tomorrow
