I started at 40 mg of prednisolon at the end of December and am now at 20. Will lower my dose to probably 10 mg as I start with exuminab.

I´ve gotten that typical "moon face", belly fat and gained weight overall. So now I wonder if this will lessen or go away as I´m reducing my dose of prednisolon to 10 mg (hopefully less) and start treatment with exuminab?

Yes it will eventually go down. Prednisone stays in your system minimum 6months after you finish an rx.nand MG will exacerbate your stress. So just be mindful of those 2 facts.
And the weight will most likely be the last to go down.
I stay on an anti-inflammatory diet these days. It helps a lot.

Yes, the moon face will go away as you lower the prednisone. If you can get to 5 mg you're better off.
The prednisone will redistribute the fat in your body.
