Yes yes yes! Something I never experienced, so I contribute the flash sweats to the mg medication, not my condition.

I get hot very quickly but not excessive sweating. I've had heat intolerance for years and have to avoid the hot sun. Keep cold water beside you . I don't know but for me when I stand up lately I get cold but will be hot when sitting. This is inside.
I cannot tolerate hot weather outside.

Are you experiencing excessive sweating when you get up and move around?
While excessive sweating isn't commonly highlighted as a primary symptom of myasthenia gravis, heat intolerance and temperature regulation issues are frequently reported by people with MG. Many MGteam members describe how their bodies react differently to temperature changes and physical activity.
Heat can worsen MG symptoms because it interferes with the already-compromised communication between nerves and muscles. When you get up and move around, your body temperature naturally rises, which may trigger this sweating response as your body tries to cool down.
Some things that might help:
* Stay in cool, air-conditioned spaces when possible
* Use fans to keep air circulating
* Take cool showers to lower your body temperature
* Wear lightweight, breathable fabrics
* Keep ice water or crushed ice nearby
* Rest when you start to feel overheated
Since this is a new symptom for you and represents a change in how your body normally functions, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They can help determine if this is related to your MG, your medications, or something else that needs attention.
Are you noticing this happens more during certain times of day or with specific activities?
