My eyes are very watery and sometimes gritty feeling, but my eye specialist told me I have dry eyes and prescribed Refresh Relieva (no endorsement intended) drops on waking and at bedtime. They seem to help some, but don't solve the problem. My vision hasn't changed much since I was diagnosed with MG, but I also have macular degeneration and have had 13 injections in my right eye, which is the one with the droopy eyelid. I hope you are seeing an ophthamologist, rather than an optometrist, as they are better trained to diagnose and treat such problems.

I have gMG, but my eyes burn on a regular basis, feel very gritty like someone is throwing sand into my eyes. Glad to know I am not the only one
