Could be the Pyridostigmine. It could be either that or Mestonin that we first tried that caused me to totally lose control of my bladder!

Very interesting that we were diagnosed around the same time! My sensations just started 3 weeks ago! I am on IVIG 60 gr infusion every 3 weeks and 250mg Mycophenolate 2X day. Could not tolerate Pyridostigmine! I am having increasing inconsistence issues as well!

Yes it feels like little finger nails scraping across my back , it does that when I get hot flashes from the heat also and I'm 68 years old so I know its not menopause.❤
