I have this exact same problem: I'm freezing all the time and I'm in Florida. Air conditioning is excruciating. I have to wear sweatshirts and jackets and long pants when everyone else is in t-shirts and shorts. Never for a moment had this before MG. 😬

While the search results don't directly address cold sensitivity, they primarily discuss heat sensitivity as a significant concern for people with myasthenia gravis. Some MGteam members have reported feeling very cold after heat exposure, which may be related to the body's response to temperature regulation with MG.

The main temperature-related concern with MG appears to be heat sensitivity, which can worsen symptoms and lead to increased muscle weakness and fatigue. To manage temperature-related symptoms, it's recommended to:

• Maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature in your environment
• Use your home's HVAC system effectively
• Adjust shower temperatures as needed
• Stay hydrated
• Limit physical activity that might affect your body temperature

If you're experiencing unusual temperature sensitivity, it's important to discuss these symptoms with your neurologist as they can help determine if they're related to your MG or need further evaluation.
