When experiencing throat discomfort with MG, it's important to check with your healthcare provider before taking any over-the-counter medications, including throat lozenges like Halls. Some medications can interact with MG and potentially worsen symptoms.

The safest approach is to contact your neurologist or primary care doctor to get specific recommendations for your situation. They can advise on safe options that won't interfere with your MG management. In the meantime, some soothing options to discuss with your doctor might include:
- Drinking warm liquids
- Taking small, frequent sips of water
- Using a humidifier
- Resting your voice
- Timing any approved remedies around your MG medication schedule for optimal effect

MG can inhibit swallowing and we can think its a sore throat. Because swallowing can be painful if we try to eat like normal people.. we choke easily and gag easily.
Everything in strict moderation when you feel your throat is sore.
I would see my doc or call the office for advice.
Stay hopeful 😎
