Members shared their experiences with severe headaches, with most reporting shorter episodes lasting a few hours rather than days, and several encouraged the original poster to contact their doctor for persistent symptoms. Several members identified potential medication-related causes, particularly noting that Metoprolol (a beta-blocker for heart conditions) can worsen muscle weakness in people with myasthenia gravis and may contribute to headaches, with one member finding relief after switching to a blood pressure medication that reduced daily headaches. A recurring theme was the importance of advocating for proper medical care, seeking specialist referrals when symptoms persist, and not accepting dismissive treatment regardless of age.

Haven't seen cardiologist yet. Felt too bad to even leave the house. Hopefully I will see him on March 4th. Still don't know about my diagnosis for Mg yet. Not a big fan of doctors!!!!!!!!!!
