I use the notes app on my phone because I never forget my phone but I’ll forget notes. Makes it easier because I can use talk to text when my eyes won’t focus.
I'm 67 going to be 68 the 9th of next month , and I agree with you 100% I have 3 notebooks 1 is just for doctor visits , my husband laughs at me , but he says you know the doctor really appreciate that you have everything written down❤

I started taking vitamin A
My son bought it for me over the summer. One everyday. I stopped taking ginko biloba. Apparently it did not help.
I'll continue on the vitamin A.
Is it perfect? No.
Because we forget as we age. And I'll never not organize and make lists. But I'll always keep trying.
