Smaller type later in the day. I was initially diagnosed with ocular only, but I have had difficulty swallowing, excess sajiva, and am very weak all over, so think I have General MG. I have bad cramps with higher doses of pyridostigmine. Would higher doses help my vision and strength more, and if so, what can I do about the severe cramps?
