I changed my diet and stay away from foods that create more mucus this time of year so yeah dairy. I love dairy. I drink tea. Lots of water. I have 2 inhalers but I don't depend on them. I walk when the weather us good. Keeps my joints limberish lol and stay hopeful sometimes doing nothing works. 😎❤

I use Zyrtec, no problems with MG

I use Allerflo from Amazon, no problems

I use Flonase and Zyrtec both. No issues for my MG

I take Claritin both for allergies and as a pre- med to Ivig. Flonase if sinuses are bad. Neither affects my mg. I try to eat anti- inflammatory diet.
